At StoreYourBoard, we want to ensure your gear is organized perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original hardware and components are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned rack or storage system, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
